In the affidavit, it was contended that petitioner No.1 is the owner and possessor of agriculture land of an extent of Ac.00-30 cents, Ac.0-85 cents, Ac. 1-25 cents, Ac.0-67 cents and 0-71 cents in survey Nos.9/2, 9/5, 9/7, 9/8 and 10/2 respectively and petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of land of an extent of Ac. 1-36 cents and Ac.2-18 cents in survey Nos.9/9 and 10/2 situated at Gondolu Village, Addateegala Mandal, Alluri Sitha Rama Raju District. 3. 4. The petitioners, to substantiate their contention, filed pattadar pass books and title deeds issued by the Revenue authorities, along with the writ petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleaders for official respondents instructions, would submit that respondents 1 to 4 are not interfering with the possession of the subject land. 5. on Given the facts and circumstances of the case and the instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleaders, since the official respondents are not interfering with the land referred to supra, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession of the land, without following due process of law. This court makes it clear that no finding is recorded regarding possession. No costs. 6.
