By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner's husband is abroad and therefore, he is not in a position to approach the bank directly to redeem the jewels. Therefore, she is ready to pay the loan amount on or before 31.12.2025. 4.
