The petitioner is before this Court seeking for following reliefs: “a) Issue a Writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction quashing the resolution dated 21-02-2023 at serial No.6(A) and (B) passed by respondent No.3 vide Annexure-H and order dated 28-02-2023 in No.SA Ni Ra-46/Bya. Vya. A/CR-/2022-23 passed by the respondent No.2 vide Annexure-J. b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioner as per the order dated 18-10-2022 in No. Sam: A.Ne.Ha.U.Sa.Son/Pu.A/2022-23 passed by the then Administrator of respondent No.3 society vide Annexure-B and representation dated 21-12-2022 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19663 WP No. 8026 of 2023 submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2 vide Annexure-D.” 2. A Memo dated 10.06.2025 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: “Memo for Withdrawal Under signed appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that in view of dismissal order communicated to the petitioner on the previous date of hearing writ petition became infructuous. Petitioner already challenged the dismissal order before concerned authority also prayed for subsistence allowance. Permit us to withdraw the petition as infructuous in the interest of justice and equity.” 3.
