Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on o2.09.2023, on receipt of credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, along with his staff and mediators, rushed to Junior College =iiE_ 2 + Junction, AnanthagirI' and Caught the accused while in possession Of 72 Kgs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other materI-aI, was seized under the cover of mediators report. 3. Heard. Perusedtherecord. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 17.04.2025, the petitioner herein was produced I-n execution Of pT Warrant and since then he has been languishing in jaI'I. Basing on the confessional statement of the co-accused, the name of the petitioner is figured I-n the FIR. 5. Heard. Perused the record. 6. The quantI'ty Of Ganja` allegedly seized from the possession Of Al to A3 is 72Kgs. Learned AssI-Slant Public Prosecutor submI'tted that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet could not be filed for want of RFSL report. 7. In view of the aforesaI'd facts and Circumstances Of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A4 on the following conditions. es ~` erft E= To] i) The petl'tioner/A4 shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-Special Judge for trial of Offences under the NDPS Act, VIsakhapatnam. ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Saturday, between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. iii) Petitioner herein/A4 shall not go beyond the jurisdiction of Alluri Sitharama Raju distrI-Ct, Andhra Pradesh State, without leave of the trI'al Court and he shall make available his locatI'On through mobile phone by pairing it with the mobile phone of the Investigating Officer round the clock. 8.
