He submits that on the ground of delay in conducting the trial, the petitioner has not filed any petition before the Trial Court and therefore, this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application before the Trail Court on the ground of delay in conducting the trial. 2.
