When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in the present crime has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed. 3. Sri K.Mohan Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioners to file fresh petition seeking quashment of the proceedings in the C.C. 4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, Petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C against them, if so advised.
