SRINIVASULU P The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the in action of the respondents especially respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action against the 4th respondent and her relatives for the offences committed by them inspite of report by the petitioner on 10.06.2023 and inspite of representation dated 13.06.2023 2 given to 2nd respondent as per law and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to give police protection to the life of the petitioner and his properties situated at D No 131010/44 of Islampet Narsaraopet of Palnadu District Under Article 21 and Article 300A and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to register a case against 4th respondent and her relatives as per the representation dated 13.06.2023 as per law” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the police to register a case against the unofficial respondent and also for protection of the petitioner’s life and property. Learned counsel further submits that a case has now been lodged against the unofficial respondent. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that this is a case and counter-case between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 5. Since a crime has been registered based on the representation made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
