CMP No.17342 of 2025 The present application has been filed under Section 151 of CPC for modification of order dated 04.01.2025, on the ground that the compensation amount is lying deposited before the learned Reference Court and not before the Registry of this Court. Registry has also submitted report that no amount is lying deposited in the Registry. Therefore, in view of the averments made in the application and also in view of the report submitted by the Registry, order dated 04.01.2025 is modified to the extent that 50% of the awarded amount of compensation be released in favour of the applicants/respondents, strictly as per their shares, as lying deposited before the learned Reference Court alongwith up-to-date interest.
