Ashok Srivastava, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Ms. P.R. Samyuktha, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Sudir, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Nos.5 & 6. 2. In compliance with the Order of this Court dated 24.06.2025, Ms. P.R. Samyuktha, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri M. Sudir, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Nos.5 & 6 has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Chabolu Gram Panchayat. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “The Petitioner is RAJA GOPAL REDDY S, S/o Venkat Reddy S, aged 50 years, Chabolu Village Nandyal Mandal Nandyal District Andhra Pradesh filed the above Writ Petition. It is humbly submitted that the 7th respondent is not making constructions in the said land and it is purely civil in nature.” 3. The above extract would indicate that the Respondent No.7 is not making any construction in the subject land and that it is purely a civil dispute. 3 4. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner that Respondent No.7 has dumped some material in the land belonging to the Writ Petitioner. 5. In view of the clarification given by the Panchayat Secretary that the Respondent No.7 is not making any construction in the subject land, this Court is of the opinion that the allegation made by the Writ Petitioner that the Respondent No.7 has dumped some material in the land belonging to the Writ Petitioner, would be a dispute which is civil in nature. Writ Petitioner may avail other legal remedies as available to him under law. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
