JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 27/03/2025 This civil miscellaneous application has been filed for recalling the order dated 23.04.2024 alongwith an application No.1/2024 seeking leave to file the application as the applicant was not a party to the writ petition. Without entering into the question of right of the applicant to file the instant application, this Court finds that vide order dated 23.04.2024, recalling whereof is sought, this Court has directed the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 06.11.2023 filed by the petitioner before it in the light of judgment of a coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1665/2024 wherein, it was held that the State and its functionaries are under an obligation to decide any representation submitted before them. In view thereof, this Court does not find any such direction in the order dated 23.04.2024 which requires recalling.
