Petitioner has been working as Class IV employee in the department of District Panchayat Raj Officer and remained posted at Amroha district but now he has been transferred and posted under the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Gajraula but there is no post as such and petitioner continues to draw salary from the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Amroha. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has raised his grievance in his representation dated 19th July, 2024 which has remained pending till date, a copy of which has been brought on record Annexure - 10 to the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event a direction is issued for disposal of the pending representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 19th July, 2024 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
