The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 238 of 2025, registered for the alleged offence under Section 137(2), 96, 65(1), 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS, Section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge POCSO Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be the mother of Akash Chauhan. He submits that the relationship has been alleged with the girl by Akash Chouhan and there is no allegation against the petitioner only she happens to be the mother of Akash Chouhan. 4. Learned counsel opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner happens to be the mother of Akash Chouhan and there is no direct allegation against her, I am inclined to allow the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner- above named is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S.
