This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to amend the cause title of WP(C) No.583/2024 by correcting the name of respondent No.7. According to the applicant, the correct name of respondent No.7 is “Sri Sudarshan Bhuyan” but it has been mistakenly mentioned as “Sri Sudham Bhuyan” in the cause title of WP(C) No.583/2024 . Hence, this I.A. Learned counsel for the respondents including Mr. R. Phukan submit that they would have no objection if the prayer is allowed. In view of the above, the prayer for correction of the name of respondent No.7 in the above terms stands allowed.
