learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner extent of Ac.10.28 cents in Sy.No.273 purchased the land to an situated at Roddam Village by way of registered sale deed, dated 29.06.1972 vide Document No.748/1972 from Ramachandran and Sampangi Ramachari. Since then, the father of the petitioner and the petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the the petitioner instituted a suit vide subject land. While so O.S.No.209 of 2008 against his father in-law’s elder brother Bandi Narasappa and his two sons and obtained permanent injunction vide dated 28.11.2008 for Ac.2.61 cents out of Ac.10.28 cents of Sy.No.273 of Roddam Village, Roddam Mandal. Thereafter, the orders. 3 petitioner submitted a representation, dated 17.09.2024 to the 4*^ respondent for deletion of the webland entries made in favour of Smt Jayalakshmamma in the revenue records and for correction of the entries as per the entitlement of the petitioner. Considering the representation of the petitioner, the 4‘^ respondent issued notices dated 21.10.2024 and 07.04.2025 to the petitioner for taking appropriate action. As the petitioner father passed away, the petitioner attended enquiry on 11.04.2025 along with documents. But, as the Smt Jayalakshmi or her representative did not attend on that day, the 4**^ respondent adjourned the matter. Subsequently, no notice was received for hearing the matter and the respondent authorities have not finalized the issue. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4. Revenue has furnished a copy of the written instructions issued by the Tahsildar, Roddam Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District vide Rc.No.165/2025/A, dated 23.06.2025. Relevant paragraphs of the said instructions reads as follows;-
“ It is submitted that the land in Sy.No.273 extent Ac.10.28 is a patta land Re-Settlement Register of Roddam Village. The petitioner’s father had purchased the land as per document No.748/1972, dated 29.06.1972. Petitioner’s father Band! Narasappa, Vadisalappa, Lingappa sons of Kariyanna are brothers. 4 r Smt B.Jayalakshmamma, W/o.Narasimhulu is the daughter in law of Vadasalappa. The petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.209 of 2008 in the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Penukonda against her father in law’s elder brother Bandi Narasappa and his two sons and obtained permanent injunction vide order’s, dated 28.11.2008 for Ac.2.61 cents out of Ac.10.28 cents of Sy.No.273 Roddam (V), Roddam Mandal.
Smt Jayalakshmamma, W/o.N.Barasimhulu has purchased Ac.1.74 out of Ac.10.28 of Roddam Village as per Doc.No.111/2002, dated 23.01.2002 and Ac.0.87 out of Ac.10.28 as per doc.No.3054/2008, dated 24.07.2008(total Ac.2.61 cents). Pattadar pass book/title deed was Issued to Smt Jayalakshmamma, W/o.Narasimhulu as per IB Khata No.2190 for an extent of Ac.3.48 cents of Sy.No.273 Roddam(V), Roddam Mandal. The petitioner has given a petition, dated 17.09.2024 to the 3th respondent for removing her name from the webland adangal vide IB No.2190 for Ac. 3.48 cents of sy.No.273 of Roddam Village and issue pass book In his name. The 4^^ respondent has given notices vide Rc.No. 123/2024, dated 21.10.2024, 04.04.2025 to both the parties. Smt Jayalakshmamma has not attended the office inspite of the notices given to her. Hence, the 4^'^ respondent could not pass orders on the petition given by the petitioner”. 5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that even though the respondents are proceeding further for conducting
> 5 enquiry, but Smt Jayalakshmamma is not cooperating for enquiry even after receipt of the notice from the 4 requested time to complete the proceedings in accordance with law. th respondent and Having regard to the

6. Pleader for Revenue and on perusal of the written instructions th th submitted by the 4 respondent dated 23.06.2025, the 4 respondent herein is
directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate reasoned orders in accordance with law pursuant to the notice issued by the 4*^ respondent vide Rc.No.123/2024, dated 21.10.2024 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
7. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
