This Court vide order dated 13.04.2012 directed the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner and process the same and allow the petitioner to participate in the selection process, pending further orders. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has filed a counter, and drawn the attention of this Court to Para No.8 that, the petitioner has failed in the interview conducted by the Selection Committee, and as such he was not selected. 4. Recording the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
