He further stated that Smt. Kubja Devi attended the said interview, whereas Smt. Anila Devi was absent, on account of which the interview scheduled for that date was postponed. He further submitted that on the basis of photocopy of the certificate received on 23.09.2025, marks were awarded in the result sheet, wherein 07 marks were given to Smt. Anila Devi and 10 marks were given to Smt. Kubja Devi. Consequently, Smt. Kubja Devi has been selected for the post of Cook-cum- Helper by School Management Committee Kuthar. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly same are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any.
