Accordingly, both these Bail Applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 291 of 2024 (S.T. Case No.230 of 2024), corresponding to G.R. Case No.585 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 310(1) and 311 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27(2) of the Arms Act and Charge has been framed under Sections 310(1)/3(5), 311/3(5), 312, 313/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 (2) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. Bail Application of the petitioners were earlier rejected by this Court. On 30.07.2024, robbery was committed in Jewellery shop of the informant. The robbers looted jewelleries and other articles from there. It was submitted that though the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R., but they were identified in the T.I. Parade by single witness. It was finally submitted that petitioners are in custody for more than a year. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused person Kamesh Yadav @ Kamlesh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.6533 of 2025. -2- In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla, in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 291 of 2024 (S.T. Case No.230 of 2024), corresponding to G.R. Case No.585 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
