This petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 7 to 10 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent viz., Allimuthu. 2. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the first respondent undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed parties R7 to R10. Notice has already been served to the proposed respondents. The learned counsel has no serious objection for allowing this petition. R2 to R6 has already been given up. 3. Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit and the legal heirship certificate produced, this Court is satisfied that the proposed parties are the legal hiers of the deceased first respondent. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
