Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that very recently in the year 2024, the respondents have come with the order by which they have deducted 20% from the pension of the petitioner. Petitioner further submits that he needs to challenge the aforesaid order.
3. Considering the said submission, I give liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, challenging the aforesaid order.
