Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant public prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-s{a{e. perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submits that the court may pass appropriate Orders. ai I .-.----., 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the .. I petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.4.2025. Police on credible information seized 1.280 kgs of ganja from the other accused. pursuant to the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner was arrested. No incriminating material has been seized from the petitioner to connect the petitioner with the crime. Basing on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to J-udiCial custody.- 7. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al herein, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioner/Al herein shall be released on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,.000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each'to the satisfaction of the 'learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences Under NDPS Act, Visakhapa,tnam; (ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before- the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a|m. and o5.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet. 8.
