From the order dated 25.04.2025, it is seen that the applicant was directed to file a substitution petition to impleadment the legal heirs of the respondent No.1. But from the office note dated 21.08.2025, it reveals that till date no steps have been taken for filling the petition for substitution. In this context, Mr. Gogoi, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that inspite of several communication including through Regd. Post with A/D, he could not make contact with the petitioner till date to file the substitution petition or to collect the name and address of the legal heirs of the respondent No.1. Mr. Gogoi, the learned counsel also furnished a copy of the notice issued to the applicant/petitioner, informing the death of the respondent No.1, but till date he could not make any contact with the applicant/petitioner and accordingly submitted that the matter may be closed. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, both the Interlocutory Applications along with the connected CRP/293232/2017 (filling number) are hereby closed and disposed of.
