The applicant has preferred the present criminal misc. petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for modification of order dated 12.03.2025 passed by this Court in Acquittal Appeal No. 684/2024 and further extension of time to pay the amount to holder of the cheque. 2. On due consideration, the applicant is granted one week time to deposit Rs. 25,000/- and thereafter, remaining amount shall be deposited within further 8 weeks. 4.
