Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. The applicant/appellant shall amend the title clause of the appeal within two weeks from today. 2. The appellant has filed this application for amending the title clause by bringing legal representatives of the deceased claimant - Sharad Dattatraya Deshpande, on record. 2 19-sr940 3.
