Learned counsel for the respondents on counter submitted that against unauthorized construction, notice has been issued to the parties, as such, the petitioner cannot say that there is willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to record the same and prayed to close the contempt. 4. Recording the said submissions, as the authorities have already taken steps in according with law, there remains nothing for adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed. 5.
