Khan, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. S. Baruah, learned CGC, appearing for the respondents. This IA has been filed with a prayer to clarify/modify the order dated 11/11/2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 5769/2024 by contending that the candidatures of the applicants/writ petitioners were rejected on the ground of not meeting the requirement of height as per the prescribed norms. However, according to Mr. Khan, since the said fact was not reflected in the order dated 11/11/2024, there is a strong possibility that the appeal preferred by the applicants pursuant to the leave granted by this Court by order dated 11/11/2024, may not be considered by the authorities in the correct perspective. Hence, this application. Ms. S. Baruah, learned CGC, submits that the aforesaid aspect of the matter can be clarified by this Court. In view of the above and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby clarified that the appeal(s) preferred by the applicants pursuant to the order dated 11/11/2024 may include all the grounds that may pertain to any area of challenge, including rejection of the candidature of the applicants on the ground of not meeting the height requirement.
