Pleader ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pay the petitioner the due amount of Rs.2,40,14,488/- with interest, for the works completed under (i) Agreement dated 03.09.2024 in respect of the tender for PMGSY–III Batch 1, 2023-24 Scheme, Package No. TN 16-225 — “MRL 62 Arasanipatti to Karugapatti via Vasthapatti, Ponnampatti, Karungalakudi in Kalayarkoil Block”, and (ii) Agreement dated 03.07.2025 in respect of the tender under PMGSY–III Incentive Grant 2024-25 Scheme, Package No. TN 16-77R — “Renewal BT Road from L092 Vattikulam–Udaikulam Road in Kalayarkoil Block”. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.32481 of 2025 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount due to the petitioner is Rs.2,40,14,488/-. The third respondent is therefore directed to consider the petitioner’s claim, upon verification of the records, statements of accounts, and relevant bills, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands allowed.
