The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024, corresponding to G.R Case No.435 of 2024, S.T. Case No.18 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act and 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri Sunil Dutta Dwivedi, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No.154/2025, by order dated 15.01.2025, with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. On 23.06.2024, Latehar Police, on the basis of confidential information that criminals had assembled near Ichabar Tola and were making preparation for committing dacoity, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. A loaded country-made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Dutta Dwivedi, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024, corresponding to G.R Case No.435 of 2024, S.T. Case No.18 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
