Cr. M.P. No. 3100 of 2025 The   matter   has   been   disposed   of   vide judgment   dated   15.5.2025,   on   the   basis   of compromise,   entered   into   between   the   parties, subject to depositing compounding fee. However, the compounding fee has not been deposited. By   way   of   the   present   application,   a prayer   has   been   made   to   extend   the   time   by   one week, enabling the petitioner/applicant to deposit the compounding fee. The   application   is   considered   and allowed. Needful be done,  by  1.8.2025, failing which, consequences,   as   ordered   vide   judgment   dated 15.5.2025, shall ensue.
