2 03/07/2025 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has challenged the order passed by Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue, Circuit Court Raipur in RN/04/R/A-06/254/2022 dated 24.04.2023 whereby application moved by respondents No. 1 to 4 under Section 5 of Limitation Act was allowed. 2) Evidently, learned Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue, Circuit Court Raipur after considering the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay allowed the same while exercising its discretion, thus, I do not find any good ground to interfere with such finding recorded by learned Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue. 3) Consequently, this petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
