Petitioner is daughter of late Sri Gandepalli Nageswara Rao, who died while working as Lascar in S.S.Sagar Section, Annavaram. He then survived by wife, two sons and one daughter. Initially, elder son made an application dated 13.07.2020, seeking compassionate appointment. However, after making such application, he also succumbed to Covid-19 on 17.06.2021. As already the other brother is in employment, petitioner claims to be taking care of the family, who is married daughter, made an application/ representation dated 06.11.2024 to 4^'^ respondent, along with all relevant documents, claiming compassionate appointment. The 3. Petitioner, 3 HCGR, J W.P.No.14664 of2025 application is stated to be pending consideration and as no decision has been taken so far, she is constrained to file present writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 4''^ respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s representation. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents on the other hand submits that as representation of petitioner is pending with 4*'" respondent, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 6. In view of aforesaid submissions, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 06.11.2024, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
