The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sri Siddhi Bhairaveswara Swamy Alaya Bhakta Samajam, Ramapuram was registered as Society No.78/1992, dated 06.03.1992 and the Sri Siddhi Bharaveswara Swamy Alaya Abhivrudhi Committee was registered before the District Registrar, Ongole vide Registered No.186 of 2025, dated 19.05.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the 5‘^ respondent has been causing hindrance to the developmental activities undertaken by the Alaya Abhivrudhi Committee on behalf of the petitioner. The 4*'^ respondent at the instance of 5"^ respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to handover the keys and other valuables belongings to the temple to the 5**^ respondent. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government for the State. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 4*^ respondent not to interfere in the activities of the petitioner/society without following due process of law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
