Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 46 of 2024 arising out of Sarath P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 498A, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhupur. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Manju Devi who was found hanging from a tree. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there was no sign of violence on the person of the deceased. It was further submitted that the deceased has committed suicide because the petitioner was having illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhupur in connection with S.T.
