She submits that the petitioner will be allowed to avail the said alternative remedy. 2. Considering her submission, this criminal revision is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek alternative remedy by filing an application before the Court concerned praying to recall the ex-parte order. 3.
