The present application u/s 528 of BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 23.9.2021 passed by Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar in Criminal Revision No. 192 of 2020, whereby revisional court set aside the order dated 17.11.2020 whereby learned magistrate summoned the private opposite party nos. 2 to 4 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 of I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
