Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Perused the record. 4. As seen from the record, the learned Single Judge of this Court in CrI.P.No.2809 of 2025 in between Samardhi Raju v. State of Andhra pradesh in the same crime granted bail to Accused No.2 with a condition of releasing on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 28.05.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1606 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional Distrl-ct and Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge f9r Trial of I/I ® '7 ./, 3 Dr. YLR, I Crl.P.No.6676 of 2025 Dated 14.07.2025 Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam,(Cr.No.79 of 2025 on the file of Anantagiri Police Station, ASR District), with regard to the quantity of the bail bond sureties from Rs.1,00,000/-is reduced to Rs.25,000/-each with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First class, Araku. 6. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions by duly modifying the order dated 28,05.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1606 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam: i. The petitioners/A-4 & A-5 shall be enlarged on bail subject to them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), each with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Araku. ii.
