This petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR No. 193/2014 registered at Police Station Electricity Theft Vigilance Bharatpur, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Section 135 and 136 of Electricity Act, 2003. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 07.08.2025, which is taken on record. 3. As per the factual report, the petitioner has compounded the offences and after compounding the same, negative final report on the basis of compromise has been submitted before the concerned Special Judge (Electricity Act), ADJ No.1, Bharatpur on 12.01.2019, which has been accepted, therefore, nothing remains in this petition and the same has become infructuous.
