A Perusal of the earlier adjudication, dated 8.10.2025 would show that on that day, the appeal was admitted and the Registry is directd to serve copies to both the counsel and directed to be listed n 24.11.2025 and it is made clear no further time will be granted. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready to argue the appeal and seeks for an adjournment and accordingly, the appeal was adjourned. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal and the appellant is not cooperating with this Court to decide the appeal on merits.
