Heard Mr.T.Dineshpandi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate, for the Respondent.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in preferring the criminal revision case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.771 of 2024, dated 04.07.2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur.
3. Mr.M.Karunanidhi, learned Government Advocate for the respondent, has stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.
4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 8 days in preferring the above criminal revision petition is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
