The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaints filed by the petitioner qua the alleged encroachment of the private respondents upon the Government land, are not being taken to their logical conclusion by the Authorities. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be in the interest of justice, in case, the Authorities are
directed to take action on the complaints filed by the petitioner.
4. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the Authorities shall take appropriate action on the complaints of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from today. His statement is taken on record.
5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the observation that let appropriate action on the complaints of the petitioner be taken by the Authorities, within a period of three months from today. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the correctness of the allegations levelled by the petitioner and complaints be dispassionately gone into by the Authorities, in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
