Heard the parties.

The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is as under:-
“a. For issuance of an appropriate direction(s) in the nature of “Mandamus” commanding upon the respondents to grant the benefit of 2nd MACP w.e.f. 16.11.2009 in the pay scale of 9300-34,800/- GP of 4600/- along with penal interest and arrears of salary accrued thereof. b. For further direction upon the respondents to revise the pension and other post retiral benefits after revising the pay on account of grant of the 2nd MACP benefits. c. For further direction upon the respondents to pay the arrears of pension and other post retiral benefits.”

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been filed by the petitioner and he prays that this Court at this stage may direct the respondent No.2 only to dispose of the representation as per law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files the fresh representation, the

same will be considered and appropriate order will be passed.

Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation within four weeks from today before the Director, Department of Social Welfare, Women and Child Development, Government of Jharkhand -respondent No.2 ventilating his grievance. On receipt of the said representation, he will take a decision on the same within six weeks thereafter. If the petitioner is entitled for any benefit, the same will be disbursed to him within four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
