Heard the parties. 2. The present civil revision application has been filed - 1 - C.R. No.21 of 2023 against the order dated 20.02.2023, passed by the court of learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) – III, Palamau in Miscellaneous Case No.3 of 2023, whereby the Title Suit No.90 of 2005 has been restored, which was dismissed for default. 3. It appears that the suit has been filed against the order of dismissal from service by the present revisionists. It further appears that the matter has been dismissed for default and subsequently, it has been restored which has been impugned in the present revision application. 4. The only point which has been taken by the revisionists that no notice has been given to the present revisionists. 5. It is a matter of dismissal which requires consideration on merit. 6. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and the relief sought for by the plaintiffs, I am not inclined to entertain the present civil revision application accordingly, the same is, hereby, dismissed. 7.
