No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. Non-applicants have no objection, if in case, the application is allowed and the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.7, i.e. Shawni Devi, are ordered to be brought on record, as is being sought.
Respondent No.7 is stated to have died on
15.12.2020. The fact which is evident from the death certificate appended alongwith. The details of LRs in whom the right to sue survives after the death of respondent No.7 have been detailed in para 2 of the application. The said two individuals, are the only surviving legal heirs in terms of certificate issued by the Patwari.
Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed and legal heirs of deceased respondent No.7 are ordered to be brought on record. Amended memo of parties be filed within a period of two weeks. The application stands disposed of.

No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- non-applicants. Non-applicants have no objection, if in case, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 1 & 2.
Judgment in the case at hand was passed by the Coordinate Bench on 17.12.2019. Learned counsel for the parties submit that no further proceedings are pending adjudication before the Apex Court against the same.
Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of respondents No. 1 & 2 in terms of shares defined in para 6 of the application. The amount be remitted to their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para 5 (Annexure A-1) of the application subject to proper verification of their identifies. The application stands
