Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.40/2025 registered at Police Station Ghatoli, District Jhalawar for the offences under Sections 8/21, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned public prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Having considered the fact that recovered contraband i.e. 15.17 Grams of Smack, is below the commercial quantity, which was recovered from the possession of co-accused Vikram Singh and Satyendra Singh, who have already been released on bail; charge-sheet has been filed and there are no previous criminal antecedents of petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2025, conclusion of trial will take considerable time, but [2025:RJ-JP:23594] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7163/2025] without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Roshanlal S/o Chandasingh shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
