Sudeepthi Potiuri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have blocked the I.D. of the petitioner in the web protal, thereby preventing the petitioner from obtaining dispatch permits for the transportation of limestone slabs. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been duly filing regular monthly returns, quarterly returns, and annual returns. However, the respondents have blocked the petitioner’s I.D. She further 2 KM,J W.P.No.14681 of 2025 submits that the petitioner has submitted annual return on 24.06.2025. It is also submitted that the respondents have been issuing dispatch permits all the while till May 2025. It is only since June, 2025, the respondents have stopped issuing the permits. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Smt. Sudeepthi Potiuri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, 4. appearing for the respondents, placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4^*^ respondent. From perusal of the same, it would reflect that the petitioner did not submit the monthly, quarterly and annual returns. Therefore, the I.D. was blocked. It is stated that after blocking the I.D., the petitioner has submitted the monthly and quarterly returns for the year 2024-25. However, the annual return for the said period was not filed. On account of the said non-filing of the annual return, the petitioner’s I.D. was blocked. She further submitted that unless the annual returns for the year 2024-25 are filed, the I.D. cannot be unblocked. Having regard to the submissions made, this Court deems it 5. appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents to verify and unblock the petitioner’s I.D. in the web portal and issue dispatch permits to the petitioner, in accordance with law, if the annual return for the period of 2024-25 stated to have been filed by the petitioner is received by the respondents. \ 3 KM,J W.P.No.14681 of 2025 With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
