The Registry is directed to release the above-mentioned amount to respondent subject to identity and for that purpose, the respondent shall appear before the Registrar General…..” 2. Respondent/Nina Bhalla is present and submits that that matter between the parties have been settled and, therefore, request that the amount of Rs.6,75,000/- may be released to her.
