By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “(i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned Commissioner Court/respondent no. 2 to decide pending case No. 07/A-6/2012-2013 at the earliest, 3 in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed this petition for seeking a direction to respondent No. 2/Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur to decide the pending case No. 07/A-6/2012-13 of the petitioner. Hence, this petition. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur to decide the pending case No. 07/A-6/2012-13 of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the production of a copy of this order. 6.
