I_'\ I-\ 2. The case of the prosecution, in a nutshell, is thaton o6.12.2024, on receipt of credible information, the sub-inspector of police along with hI'S Staff and mediators rushed to Atcharla Junction of Kasimkota MandaI, Anakapalli District and caught the accused in possession of 60 kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. 3. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Ms.KMR Kamala, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence; the petitioner is innocent; the petitioner was falsely implicated,I he would abide by any conditions to be imposed by this Court and urged that the petitioner be enlarged on bail. 5. On the other hand, Ms.P.Akila Naidu, learned Assistant public prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that the contraband allegedly involved in the Present Crime iS 60 kgs of ganja, which is a commercial quantity and the investigation is still underway and urged to dismiss the petition. 6. Taking into consideration I_h_e.fag,i that the petitl'oner has been in J'ail for the Past 202 days, the alleged contraband seized from the possession of the ` .., . rf.--,---_.__ Petitioner and Other accused Was 60 Kgs of Ganja and this is the second bail application filed seeking for enlarging the petitioner on bail, accused Nos.3, 4, 6 -----.- and 7 were already enlarged on bail vide CrI.P.No-4216 of 2025, the nature of the allegations leveled against the petitioner in the complaint, and the specific t'E= \to .. .
