The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 302/201 of the I.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent person and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that on the basis of suspicion he has been implicated in this case and the petitioner has only one criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025 and the 3 others accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos. 1440/2025 and 3832 of 2024. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner and other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail; therefore, I am inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each 2025:JHHC:22838 2 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (Kuju), P.S.Case No. 88 of 2023. 6. It is made clear that till commencement of trail; the petitioner shall report to the concerned Police Station on every 1st Monday of the Month and after commencement of trial, he shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and shall not threaten any of the witnesses and/or make any hindrance in the Trial. Further, he shall give his mobile number and submit his Adhar Card to the concerned Police Station with an undertaking that he shall not change the said mobile number during pendency of the trial. The learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the Petitioner, if any of the above conditions is not fulfilled. (Deepak Roshan, J.) Amardeep/
