The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pathrol P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 309(4) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur. On 17.11.2024 at about 9:15 P.M., the informant was waylaid by two persons near Khamarbad tank. The accused persons looted Rs.8600/- from him and also took away his two ATM Cards, voter card and PAN card. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I.Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, in connection with Pathrol P.S.
