The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking declaration and recovery of possession. The suit was filed during May 2024. 3. A perusal of the remarks submitted by the learned Trial Judge would indicate that the first defendant filed his written statement on 10-02-2025 and the same was adopted by defendants 2 to 9.
